If you’re wondering where you have seen him before, that would be the iconic ads for Seagrams' Men will be Men (Lift ad), IKEA, HP Laptops or Volkswagen. While you have your ‘ah!’ moment, you should also know he’s not just the face in front of the camera for these classic ads, but also the man behind the performance of the casts of other iconic ones! Training child artists in ads for, Nivea with Anushka Sharma and Bombay Talkies for Zoya Akhtar, he has close to two decades of collective experience as an actor and a coach. Apart from coaching child and adult actors for commercials or films,  Shaun has taught at various schools, colleges ,  NGOs  and children with special needs. He was also the founding member  of  one of India's first and most active Improv Comedy groups called Improv Comedy Mumbai, alongside being among the first cast members in the debut productions of  QTP and Akvarious productions.



Shaun Williams draws from his rich 20-year experience in the industry having trained under senior drama professionals such as Prabhat Bhaskaran, Sankar Venkateswaran, and Heisnam Tomba, having acted with various theatre companies and also having undergone strong mentorship in Theatre Professionals Pvt. Ltd. Giving the image of the drama teacher and acting coach a new meaning, Shaun has a versatile experience as a result of his exposure to diverse traditions. Whether it is Improv Comedy or Kalaripayattu, Butoh or Clowning, ensemble theatre or physical theatre, they have all shaped his knowledge and expertise in acting as well as teaching. Shaun carries a deep understanding of actors’ mind and body coming not just from his personal on ground experience but also his own training that is still ongoing via training programs that he still attends whenever he can.
